Have you ever wondered why it feels like you are taking one step forward and three steps back in your dog training?
It’s annoying right? You are doing SO well and then a dog (or whatever triggers your dog) shows up from nowhere, you get a reaction and the walk is ruined. You go home and cry because it just feels like you are back to square one…again.
I feel you. I’ve been there and it feels like pounding your head against the wall because it’s not working. But getting back on the horse is what everyone is telling you to do right? NO!
There is another way that will set your dog up to succeed and preserve your mental sanity so you don’t have to come home and cry ever again. But instead you will start to feel like every day you are getting closer and closer to the end of the tunnel.
So, what am I talking about? It’s my secret sauce.
The one thing that all other dog trainers disregard. Stress. Managing your dog’s stress levels will make you see results SO MUCH FASTER and training this way means you don’t have to fight with your dog on every walk but instead choose the right times to train so your dog can stay cool and actually learn something. Wouldn’t it feel so much nicer if you could train your dog when you both are in a calm state rather than panicking to get those treats out while simultaneously struggling to hold the leash.
Setting your dog up to succeed every time you see that trigger is going to explode your progress and best of all, you will both feel in control and calm while you do it. 99% of my clients say that THIS part is what they love with my coaching.
I will teach you all in my new course!
So, if you want to learn what I’m talking about I have a 3-week course that will guide you through a stress detox and give you loads of tools to help calm your dog at home, on your walk and from the inside too with food and supplements. This is a real deep-dive in to stress management and you can grab your spot (and read more bout it) by clicking below.
