Training tips & inspiration for all stressed dogs.

Have you ever felt like you’re stepping into a zombie movie when you go for a walk with your dog? Constantly on edge and worrying about whatever will show up around the next corner. You come home and take a deep breath because you are finally in safety. I know how you feel, but I’ve got a tip that I think you will love! 👇

Some time ago one of my clients said ‘I just wish I could go for a nice relaxing walk around the neighbourhood’. So, I asked her, ‘why don’t you?’. If you love walking, and you feel relaxed and de-stressed by a nice walk, you should DEFINITELY go for a walk yourself more often.

So, if you can’t have a relaxing walk with your dog just now, do it by yourself. Go for those lovely walks and recharge yourself at least a few times per week. You’re allowed! 🙌🏻

This week we are sharing pics of our solo walks in the Chill Dog Squad Facebook group. Why don’t you join us?
