Look. I’m in no position to say I’m super zen all day. I’m not. I have bad days like everyone else but I’m slowly trying to learn how to take care of myself and not give everything I have to everyone else. And if you are like me, you know exactly what I’m talking about!
Here are some small shifts I have done lately to take care of myself
❤️ Drink more water
❤️ Do yoga 3 x per week
❤️ Give myself the permission to be stressed sometimes.
❤️ Go for a walks myself
❤️ I booked a trip to see my best friend
❤️ I avoid watching the news (gives anyone a negative mindset)
As they say, you need to put on your own mask first before you can help others, and that includes your dog.
