I’ll admit I have slacked on Bruce’s fitness training for quite a while. I always prioritise more fun training, a quick walk or simply cuddling on the couch. In the last few weeks though I have figured out how to schedule it so I can’t back out and I must say I’ve been pretty consistent. Want to know how? 🤔
So, for the last year I have done yoga at least 3 times per week. This has become something I enjoy and look forward to. So last week I decided I would fit a 5-minute fitness training session in with Bruce BEFORE I get to do yoga. No fitness = no yoga. And this has worked SO well that I wanted to share it with you. 🥰
👉 You can take this concept and apply it to your own dog training. For example, train before you go for a walk, train before you watch TV or before you eat dinner. Just remember to pair the training with something that you enjoy so it becomes a reward for a training session well done.
